In order for your child to derive the greatest benifit from the Montessori environment, he/she must be on time. Classes begin promptly at 9:00am and 12:45pm for afternoon instruction.

Full day and morning students may arrive as early as 6:30am, but should be in attendance by 9:00am.

Children registered for half day should be picked up at 12:30pm. Children registered for the afternoon classes should arrive before 11:30am so that they may participate in lunch.

Children's Village Montessori is closed for the following seven (7) holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Should the traditional holiday occur during a weekend ar be re-scheduled for a long weekend, we will observe the holiday in accordance with the national Monday Holiday Bill. We establish the fees on an annual basis, so there is no reduction in tuition for these holidays.

If for any reason a child cannot be picked up by 6:00pm a late fee of $5.00 will be assessed for every 15 minute period or fraction thereof that your child is left beyond closing time (regardless of family income). Please notify the Center if you are unable to be on time. It is helpful and less stressful for the child if we can expain your late arrival.
